QUALITY STANDARD REQUIREMENTS

Nichecom specialises in the supply, repair and calibration of telecommunication and network equipment.

The prime objective of our company is to provide our customers with products and services to a level of quality that consistently conforms to contractual requirements.

In order to meet this objective it is the policy of our company to effectively maintain the quality procedures outlined in our Quality Policy Manual, which is based on the NZS/ISO/IEC 17025:1999 International Quality Standards, and complied to in all sections of our Operations Manual.

We are committed to offer continuing support to our customers after delivery and to develop lasting partnerships with those suppliers who demonstrate standards and practices consistent with our own.

Compliance with the policies and procedures of our Quality System is mandatory for all members of our staff, each of whom will continue to be familiar with the requirements of this policy.

As a company, we are committed to lead and support the development and maintenance of quality standards.
